
Background:Lt. Col. McNabb has served in a variety of operational leadership positions as the Chief of Wing Weapons and Tactics in a Formal Training Unit, an Instructor at the United States Air Force Weapons School, the Chief of 18th Wing Weapons and Tactics, the Director of Operations and Commander for the 961st Airborne Air Control Squadron. Prior to his current position, he was the Deputy Division Chief, Command and Control Division, Headquarters Air Force. He has accumulated over 2,200 hours on the E-3B/C/G. .
Academic and Professional Titles: Lt. Col. McNabb entered the Air Force in 2008, commissioning through Officer Training School after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. He holds a master’s degree in military history, with a specialization in World War II. He is a distinguished graduate of Squadron Officer School and was the recipient of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School Air Battle Manager Instructor Course Flying Award in 2015.
