Congressman Cooper, Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Strategic Forces, and one of the co-sponsors of the Space Force Establishment Act, joins us to discuss his views on the current state of the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Space Command and what will be needed to ensure the U.S. is able to achieve and sustain space superiority in an era of great power competition.
