Whether you are talking about military power exercised through the domains of air, space, sea, or land…none of it works without a robust mobility enterprise. Join us as we learn more about this mission with Air Mobility Command Commander, Gen. John Lamontagne. He and the airmen under his command serve as U.S. Transportation Command’s air component, executing the air mobility mission in support of the joint force, allies and partners. The command’s missions include providing command and control of inter-theater and intra-theater airlift, air refueling, aeromedical evacuation, global air mobility support, and presidential and senior leader air transport in support of national interests. While air mobility is always a key topic, evolving threat realities, especially tied to projecting logistics while under attack, make this an especially important topic to discuss. Added to that, there are major realities tied to operating across a region as large as the Pacific, while also supporting concurrent demands elsewhere around the globe.
